City of
Whitehorse Mayoral Award for Corporate Citizenship
Applicants were required to submit a written submission before a site visit
from members of the judging panel. Many aspects were examined including:
business objectives and monitoring success, staff management and wellbeing,
client relationships and satisfaction, and contributions to the local and
wider communities.
Award for Corporate Citizenship
We were thrilled to receive the City of Whitehorse Mayoral Award for
Corporate Citizenship. In announcing this award, Mayor John Koutras
acknowledged our active support of several charities. These included our
on-going support of Peter Scarborough’s medical team in Indonesia, our
walking team that raised a significant sum for The Leprosy Mission, and our
professional support of not-for-profit organisations in general.
A team effort
These awards are the result of a team effort and reflect the ability and
commitment of our entire team. They also reflect the confidence our clients
have in the firm. It is a time to celebrate but not to stand still. We will
work hard to continually develop and enhance our client services.
We would also like to acknowledge Campbell McLellan of MCL Constructions, a
Saward Dawson client, who won the Award for Excellence in Micro and
Home-based Business.
