Salary packaging seminar

We had a lot of interest in our recent seminar on salary packaging. Here are the four main points from the seminar:

	Exempt benefits are a key plank to remuneration packages for many people but they need to be carefully administered. Employers must be diligent in their administration of benefits provided.
	Superannuation is still one of the most tax effective components of a salary package for many
	Concessionally taxed items such as cars are tax effective but all the costs needs to be considered in working out the amount to salary sacrifice
	Some fringe benefits result in more tax payable and should be avoided.
