Training and professional development

Our people are the foundation of our success; we understand the importance of building a strong professional team. All professional staff are provided with regular intensive training sessions covering areas such as Audit, Business Services, Tax, personal development and current topical issues. This involves general training, monthly intensive training and specific, in depth tax training every second month.

Training comes in many forms, both formal and informal. The following sessions are held regularly, usually monthly:

Tech training For all professional staff. These sessions are usually two hours in duration and are held early morning.

Food 4 Thought Held during a lunchtime and may be attended by all staff or as the topic requires. Lunch is supplied.

Back to Basics These sessions assist inexperienced staff to learn about the various aspects of the profession and the practice.

Also, for all our professional staff, we support you whilst doing your CA studies.
