History and location

Our origins stretch back to the 1960s. The firm as we now know it commenced in 1981 when Bruce Saward joined with a former colleague in practice. Cliff Dawson joined the firm shortly thereafter in 1984. Since then the firm has grown and developed and now reside in excellent offices in Blackburn, in the heart of Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

Our team

The firm has four partners: Bruce Saward, Cliff Dawson, Peter Shields and Tim Flowers. With more than 50 people in our team, our partners are supported by dedicated and experienced Chartered Accountants and other accountants at all stages of their careers including several cadets working part-time as they progress through their university studies.

Our clients

Some of our most established clients have been with the firm since our very earliest days. We have a long history of delivering specialist services to clients across a diversity of industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution, retail, service and not-for-profit.
