This is an ideal position for someone looking for their first start in a
professional office. It is a full-time position.
We require someone with an energetic and bright personality. You will need
to be outgoing and have good communication skills as there will be
inevitable contact with clients around our office.
This position entails general administration duties including:

answering phones and client enquiries |

filing |

collating of correspondence |
 |
incoming and outgoing mail |
 |
general assistance in a professional office |
You will need to be confident in the use of computers with a sound knowledge
of MS Word and Excel.
